Bye Bye Sales,

Everyone, buy now what you wanted cause every shop is now on the third time sales, the prices are way lower, but you can still find lots of stuff...

My boyfriend bought me this dress,

I bought this dresss in Oysho for 4.20£ (5€),
(I wonder why my summer dresses all look like jamies...i know, because they really are xD ),

and this top, :)

Price and Worth & Profit

Price and worth are two very different things, I have a little purse that a friend of mine gave me and it cost 2£ and it's worth more than a million. Just like some things I have that I just wouldn't sell them for anything at all...
Do you have something that you will keep forever and never sell it or give it away 'cause you just can't?

But let's now talk about price and profit, and look what I found today...
The initial price was and now I bought it for 6,99€, that means 7€ so 6£.

I don't really like them this way, but as soon as I saw them I had the idea of taking that thing in the middle but I'm afraid...
Shall I do it?

- - -
P.S. I got a very late x-mas gift today :)
(it was from my aunt and my dad)
Look, sooooo many colours! :D

P.S.S. I'm goin to Oporto on Saturday, does anyone want to go with me?

They are really inspiring...

It's not a wish, it's a need...

Summer, i miss you so much....

I'm sick of wearing all those coats and scarves and layers of clothes...

I miss the sun, the beach smell, wearing shorts and dresses without tights, water being splashed in pools, doing nothing all the time, eating strawberies, staying up till late, camping, doing field trips with friends, watching the sun set, eating lots of ice creams and fresh sodas, being bare foot, not needing to wake up early, feeling light without all those layers of clothes, going on vacation, lie in hammocks, running in the fresh and green grass, looking at the moon in the beach, wearing sunglasses, watching loads of movies, going to summer festivals, to summer parties, to do funny useless things, to be with friends and go out at night every evening, being  totally happy, anything I can even imagine...

Sales are comming to town...

Hello, as you know sales already started and tomorow I'm planning on going shopping for spending some money that I've been saving up and that I got for Xmas, to buy some things that I wanted to buy back then that are now on sales..

I'm so thrilled :)

See you tomorow,

Petit Gateau, or tiny cake as we say... Last week I tried them and I just fell in love with them so I had to make them and I did.

125 g dark chocolate
125 g unsalted butter
3 eggs
3 egg yolks
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

How to:

Prep Time: 20 mins
Try it & you will love it :)
Total Time: 27 mins

  1. Break the chocolate and butter into small pieces, melt them on the microwave under"defrost" for about two minutes, Don't let it stand too long on the microwave to avoid burning the chocolate.
  2. With a spoon mix the melted chocolate and butter until smooth.
  3. Reserve.
  4. On a separate bowl, mix the eggs, egg's yolks and sugar.
  5. Beat the mixture on a mixer until almost doubled its size and has a firm consistency.
  6. Get the melted chocolate and butter mixture and start pouring it in small bits into the bowl with the beaten eggs and keeping beating it gentle and slowly, until it forms one smooth uniform mixture.
  7. While you still beating the mixture (in a low speed), sprinkles the flour on it and stop the beating after the flour gets incorporated in the mixture.
  8. turn off the mixer and stir in the cointreau.
  9. Reserve.
  10. Get the muffin baking sheet with 6/8 holes, rub a little bit of butter and sprinkle flour on the sides of each hole, It will help to get the mini cake out of the mold later(use induvidual muffins sheets, it gives a little bit of more work to do but it is much easier to take the muffin out of the mold).
  11. Pour the mixture into the mold almost to the top(leave 1cm or so, just for precaution of spelling the dough.
  12.  Pre-heat the oven for about 15 minutes.(low temperature, around 180C.
  13.  On the low heat(180c) put the muffin sheet for about 5 minutes, 7 on the most.(Keep trying to find out the perfect timing that works for you)
  14.  After taking the baking sheet out of the oven let it rest of 2 to 3 minutes and then turn it upside down on a plate (The mini cakes should be hard on the outside enough to hold its original shape and all creamy and melted inside)Get each little cake with caution for not breaking them and put on individual plates.
  15.  Put a ball of vanilla ice-cream on the side, Serve while it is hot!
P.S.when you spoon the mini cake it will open and a rich creamy filling will pour out.

Try it and you will love it :)
